Train-The-Trainer Training Program

The key to any successful training session is to engage students so that they are involved in the learning process. All too often students view training as “boring” or a “waste of time”. This attitude towards training can be directly attributed to the trainer and their approach to training.
Course Description:
The “train-the-trainer” program is designed to teach your in-house supervisors or full-time instructors how to become more proficient at classroom and hands-on training. Whether, new to public speaking and making presentations or if you are a seasoned professional trainer, this “train-the-trainer” course will better prepare you for the classroom and make you more confident in the delivery of your course material.
