Mobile Elevating Work Platform Training
Also know as an Aerial Lift (Boom, Scissor, Personnel lifts)!
With over a decade of industry experience, Safety Equipped, Inc. offers Employers and their Employees a comprehensive Mobile Elevating Work Platform Training Program (aka MEWP) (Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and/or Personnel (manual-push-around) Lifts), regardless of your employee’s level of operating proficiency.
Course Description:
This program is designed to instruct MEWP operators in the safe operations of a Mobile Elevating Work Platform. This course consists of classroom training, video presentation, written exam, hands-on training that includes site hazard evaluations, pre-operation equipment inspection, equipment function test and an operations performance evaluation of each operator. This course will cover the 3 main types of MEWPs used in construction, manufacturing and general industry - Articulating Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Personnel Lifts (manual/push-around lifts).
A written test, a hands-on performance evaluation and a “Certificate of Completion” Photo I.D. wallet card will be given to each participant upon successful completion of this course. Employers will receive a roster list and course evaluation forms.
Re-Training is every 4 years.

- Certificate of Training Wallet Card.
Minimum Class Size: 5 students
